使用方法
- 你的資助人複製這份信件，並填寫所有方括號內的內容。
- 他們親筆或以電子簽署方式簽署並註明日期。
- 他們需附上護照或身份證副本、近三個月以其名義發出的銀行月結單，以及證明你們關係的文件。
- 你可在申請後上載所有文件。信件請以英文撰寫，或連同英文譯本一併提交。
信件內容
