Get a price
Enter the monthly rent. You see the fee for each category straight away, with no account and nothing sent to us.

Start an application
Create an account with a link sent to your email, choose your category, and tell us about the tenancy. If you have not found a property yet, say so and carry on.

Pay the application fee
£20, before we check anything. The terms are on the page where you pay it, in your language.

Confirm who you are
A photograph of your identity document and a short liveness check, through our identity partner.

Show income or savings
Connect a UK bank account, or upload documents. We read them automatically. If something is missing we ask for it, rather than declining you.

Get a decision
Most are automatic and take minutes. Anything unusual goes to a person, and you can see the status the whole time.

Receive your Passport
A portable approval valid for 90 days, as a link and a PDF, that you can show any landlord or agent.

Pay and sign
Pay the annual fee, sign the deed, and we invite your landlord to countersign. Then you move in.
After you move in
The guarantee runs for twelve months and renews each year at the same percentage, recalculated on your rent at the time. We remind you sixty, thirty and seven days before renewal.
