This page will hold the deed we sign with your landlord, so both you and they can read it in full before anyone commits. It will cover what is guaranteed, the twelve month limit and the cash cap, the landlord's duty to notify us of arrears within fourteen days, when payment begins, and the two months of notice we give if we do not renew.
