A guarantor for students
If you have an offer or a place at a UK university or college, we can be your guarantor. The rate is 6% of your annual rent.
What you need to show
- An offer letter, an enrolment letter, or a CAS.
- Proof that you can fund the year, whether that is savings, a loan or a scholarship.
- If a parent or relative is paying, a short letter from them and evidence of their funds.
What it costs
Six per cent of your annual rent, with a minimum of £600. On rent of £2,000 a month that is £1,440 for twelve months of cover.
