A guarantor for working professionals
Employed or self-employed, with income you can show. The rate is 7% of your annual rent.
What you need to show
- A connection to your UK bank, or three payslips and three months of statements.
- Confirmation from your employer, sent from a company email address.
- If you are self-employed: bank statements, your latest tax return, and at least three months of trading.
What it costs
Seven per cent of your annual rent, with a minimum of £600. On rent of £2,000 a month that is £1,680 for twelve months of cover.
