A guarantor if you are new to the UK
No UK credit history is not a problem. We read financial evidence from your own country. The rate is 10% of your annual rent.
What you need to show
- Bank statements from your own country, which we read and check for consistency.
- Savings of at least six months of rent, or income you can evidence.
- If you work remotely for an employer outside the UK, your contract and recent payments.
What it costs
Ten per cent of your annual rent, with a minimum of £600. On rent of £2,000 a month that is £2,400 for twelve months of cover.
